Hertford

Our Hertford office specialises in delivering building maintenance and engineering solutions to private and public-sector property portfolios. We offer our clients and customers value-for-money supply chain management – and use partnership working to add value to the range of professional services we deliver. Our aim is to fully utilise the skills and passion of our staff to develop improved business-focused property solutions. North London

Our newest property office is based in Kentish Town in north London. As part of this small and fast-growing team, you’ll play a major role in dramatically improving our client services following our recent appointments to the London Borough of Islington and the Metropolitan Police in north London.

The office is primarily focused around delivering maintenance, professional building surveying and mechanical and electrical services to public buildings, schools and the Metropolitan Police estate. We also support our clients’ strong environmental agendas, introducing innovative solutions to support energy conservation, as well as sustainable design and maintenance. Moreover, we’re currently implementing procedures to obtain office accreditation under ISO 14001.

Oxford

Our Abingdon office is home to a keen and energetic group of over 120 property professionals, with a range of skills and backgrounds covering design, maintenance, estates and carbon management. We’re always aiming to find innovative ways of improving our local community and environment and have doubled in size in the last three years. What’s more, we’re continuing to grow rapidly, so if you join us here you could play a crucial role in transforming the area.

Bedford
