The Mouchel Property Consultancy is an exciting new venture for us, which we have established to move the business further into markets such as health, housing, further and higher education and the private sector. We’re also keen to continue expanding our Building Schools for the Future (BSF) offering. In addition, we’re aiming to strengthen our national contracts with strategic partners such as the Highways Agency, which was recently extended on the back of several years’ strong performance. We provide a comprehensive property consultancy service to our clients which includes:

• Strategic and operational asset management
• Building surveying
• Architecture and engineering
• Capital project management
• Programme management
• Property consultancy – including risk management and project ‘troubleshooting’

Our overarching aim is to deliver better value for our clients from their property assets.
